Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software applications.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Handle payroll processing and tax filings
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Experience with account analysis, debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus
- Understanding of financial concepts and reporting requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.86 - $34.75 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
